Diving! It is a fantastic skill and one many swimmers want to learn. Come and explore how to teach the different progressions of diving and tackle 'dive fear' when swimmers are anxious to dive from the side. We will also explore safety in this session to ensure you have fully through through how to set up diving following industry and sector best practice guidance.
This interactive session which teach you in a fun and informative way as Lynn Goring-Crook takes you through fantastic ideas to use with your swimmers.
All resources are provided to swimming teachers after the event so you can use them straight away in your planning.

Please note on purchase you will be contacted by a member of The Swim Surgery team to invite you to join the google classroom for the CPD. At which point you will be to access the zoom link ahead of the CPD and be allocated your recording and resources from 7 days afterwards.
