So we can get you signed up for a course, there are a number of documents we need you to download, complete and return to us.
1. Pre-course application form (editable PDF) - please download, complete and return to your course organiser.

Your course organiser will have also asked you to complete other pre-requisites for your course. Check your email to ensure a smooth booking completion
