Breaststroke is the Granddaddy of the strokes, an unusual action that we don't replicate anywhere on dry land! It is the chosen stroke of many an adult and a key part of learn to swim. It floors swimming teachers due to the dreaded 'screw kick'. Come along and learn updated practices for breaststroke and how to fix a screw kick. This CPD is 1hour 30mins.
This interactive session which teach you in a fun and informative way as Lynn Goring-Crook takes you through fantastic ideas to use with your swimmers.
All resources are provided to swimming teachers after the event so you can use them straight away in your planning.
