First introduced at the Olympics in 1908, backstroke has developed and evolved over the years with some serious rebranding! Some call it backcrawl - that is fine by us too! Now in 2024 come and learn updated practices and points for teaching this stroke to learn to swim levels and also hear why we love Old English Backstroke and are working on rebranding that so all can love 'New English Backstroke'! ;-)
This interactive session which teach you in a fun and informative way as Lynn Goring-Crook takes you through fantastic ideas to use with your swimmers.
All resources are provided to swimming teachers after the event so you can use them straight away in your planning.

Please note on purchase you will be contacted by a member of The Swim Surgery team to invite you to join the google classroom for the CPD. At which point you will be to access the zoom link ahead of the CPD and be allocated your recording and resources from 7 days afterwards. We aim to complete your booking within 3 working days however this process allows us to give you support with the CPD.
