STA Level 2 Award in Teaching Swimming will qualify you to teach non- swimmers, beginners and improvers.

This Ofqual regulated qualification is the first step in your swimming teaching career and on successful completion of the course you will be able to teach your very own class of 12 participants independently. This course can lead straight to paid employment teaching adults or children.

Come and join us in our virtual interactive classroom to kick off your course as we walk you through the theory side of the course ready for the practical to follow. Due to COVID-19 practical dates are currently on hold and will be confirmed as soon as we are able. This course the practicals will be held in Haywards Heath/East Grinsted

Your tutor Lynn Goring-Crook will train and support you through this course, passing on her 20 years plus experience in teaching.

At The Swim Surgery we tutor to the highest standard in a fun yet informative way and our pastoral care is second to none, with learner support throughout the evenings of your course and post course as you start your career.
