Parents are customers, children are customers! They are all vital in a success swim school and for a success teacher. Come and learn how to give an A* customer care and make a difference with stunning starts and fantastic finishes for all your customers.
This interactive session is self-paced meaning you can take part whenever you wish during the month. There is still audio to support your learning slides and activities to take part in which will all enhance your learning but whilst we hope August may give you some time for rest, we don't want you to be tied down to attending a certain day and time!
All resources are provided to swimming teachers after the event so you can use them straight away in your planning.

Please note on purchase you will be contacted by a member of The Swim Surgery team to invite you to join the google classroom for the CPD.
